「フォートナイト」バーチャルタレントの先駆者「キズナアイ」が1月17日に登場。競技イベント「キズナアイ・アイコンカップ」本日開始

　Epic Gamesは本日（2026年1月14日），バトルロイヤルゲーム「フォートナイト」（PC / Nintendo Switch 2 / PS5 / Xbox Series X|S / Nintendo Switch / PS4 / Xbox One / Android）に，バーチャルタレント「キズナアイ」が1月17日1：00から登場すると発表した。


　キズナアイは，VTuberシーンの先駆者として活動してきたキャラクターだ。アイテムショップでは，音楽に反応するリアクティブ機能を搭載した「キズナアイ コスチューム」に加え，ジャージ姿の新スタイル「ジャージ キズナアイ」もラインアップされる。いずれのコスチュームもレゴスタイルに対応している。


　バックアクセサリーには，ホログラム調の翼「キズナアイの翼（ハローワールドウィングス）」や，「ちびアイちゃん（キズナアイのぬいぐるみ）」が登場。さらに，Fortnite Festival向けの楽器として，ギター「Lovely Kizuna」やマイク「Voice of Love」も用意される。
　エモートには代表曲をモチーフにした「Hello, Morning」が実装されるほか，「Hello, Morning」「future base」「mirai」の3曲がジャムトラックとして追加される予定だ。


　また，アイテムショップ登場に先駆けて，競技イベント「キズナアイ・アイコンカップ」が本日から開催される。デュオ形式のバトルロイヤルトーナメントとなっており，各地域の上位入賞者には，ショップ販売前にコスチューム「キズナアイ」とバックアクセサリーが贈られる。
