　ポリフォニー・デジタルは，「グランツーリスモ7」（PS5 / PS4）の無料アップデート（1.55）を本日（2025年1月30日）15：00に実施すると発表し，トレイラーを公開した。

　今回の追加車種は，1990年代初期のF1マシンを再現したかのようなオリジナルフォーミュラカー「グランツーリスモ F3500-A」，ハイパワーなテンロク（1600cc）コンパクトスポーツカーとして走り屋たちにも人気だった「ホンダシビック Si Extra (EF) '87」，最新世代のスポーツEV「ヒョンデアイオニック 5 N '24」，SUVタイプでありながらニュルブルクリンク24時間レースにも参戦した「トヨタ C-HR S '18」の4台となっている。

　また，「ワールドサーキット」内のレースイベントや，レーシングAI「グランツーリスモ・ソフィー」の対応サーキット，フォトモード「スケープス」のロケーションなども追加されている。
