アクションADV「スポンジ・ボブ：海の荒神たち」，11月18日発売。おばけで大にぎわいのビキニタウンをスポンジ・ボブとパトリックが大冒険

　THQ Nordic Japanは本日（2025年8月22日），アクションアドベンチャーゲーム「スポンジ・ボブ：海の荒神たち」（PC / Switch2 / PS5 / Xbox Series X|S）を11月18日に発売すると発表した。
　取扱店で，Switch2/PS5向けパッケージ版の予約受付を実施中だ。ダウンロード版の予約受付も順次開始となる。


　本作は，アニメ「スポンジ・ボブ」を題材にしたタイトルだ。七つの海でも有名な，おばけ船長とネプチューン王が大ゲンカし，ビキニタウンはおばけだらけの大混乱状態になってしまった。
　その混乱を収めるために，スポンジ・ボブとパトリックは，スキルと勇気，そしてちょっぴりの知恵を振り絞り，にぎやかでドタバタな大冒険に出発する。


　プレイヤーはスポンジ・ボブとパトリックを切り替えながらステージを攻略していく。パトリックのグラップリングや穴掘りなどのスキルを駆使して，道を切り開いていこう。

　ネプチューン王の城，ビキニ山など，アニメでおなじみの場所を巡り，おばけ船長やネプチューン王，冬眠サンディなど手強いボスたちを相手に戦いを繰り広げる。

　なお，キャラクターボイスはアニメと同じ声優が担当するとのことだ。
