「ライフ イズ ストレンジ」などで知られるDONTNOD Entertainmentの株式の一部をTencentが取得

　「ライフ イズ ストレンジ」シリーズなどを手掛けたことで知られる，フランスの独立系スタジオDONTNOD Entertainmentは，2021年1月27日，同社の株式の一部を中国のTencentが取得したと発表した。


　DONTNOD Entertainmentのプレスリリースによると，同社はPC/コンソール/モバイルプラットフォームにおける自社パブリッシングタイトルの開発資金として，4000万ユーロ（約50億円）の調達を目標としているという。Tencentはそのうち3000万ユーロ（約38億円）の株式を取得し，DONTNOD Entertainmentとの業務提携契約を締結したとのことだ。
